Members have voiced concern regarding deteriorating finishes on mailboxes and posts. When the covenants were revised in 2013, wording was added to clarify that individual homeowners – not the Association – are responsible for repair or replacement of damaged mailboxes. If yours is damaged, replacement parts are available from multiple sources online as well as Home Depot.
Mailboxes must match the existing style and design. The required mailbox is the Capitol model by Whitehall, in French Bronze.

Touch-up paint is not available from the manufacturer as they changed their paint formulation a few years ago. Their express recommendation was to take a chip to a local paint store for color matching.
