Special Members’ Budget Meeting

Annual Special Members’ Meeting to discuss and approve the budget for the upcoming 2021 year. It does not replace our regular Annual Meeting, which will be held in early March.
In order to fulfill our obligations under the by-laws while taking appropriate COVID precautions, the meeting will be held outdoors in the Pflug cul-de-sac (3608 Beneva Oaks Blvd). Social distancing and masks will be required; please also bring your own chair. We encourage members to submit questions or concerns to the board ahead of time, and utilize a proxy to avoid the need to attend in person.
Please plan to arrive around 6:15, as the meeting will start promptly at 6:30pm.
