2021 Annual Members’ Meeting

Annual Members’ Meeting to elect board members and discuss neighborhood issues.
In order to fulfill our obligations under the by-laws while taking appropriate COVID precautions, the meeting will be held outdoors in the Pflug cul-de-sac (3608 Beneva Oaks Blvd). Social distancing and masks will be required; please also bring your own chair. We encourage members to submit questions or concerns to the board ahead of time, and utilize a proxy to avoid the need to attend in person.
Please plan to arrive around 3:45, as the meeting will start promptly at 4:00pm. If you cannot attend, please complete a proxy and return it to the current Secretary in person or via email at secretary@benevaoaks.org
