The individual who has been frequently leaving litter in our neighborhood was caught on video 8:25am July 11 2022 tossing a Burger King bag from their vehicle, a grey or silver Chrysler Pacifica (click bottom right for fullscreen):
The keypad camera caught a good image of her face; you can even see the Burger King bag on the passenger seat next to her:

This individual has been littering for a while; we have documentation of similar trash left on our roads June 6, 9, July 1, 2, 4, and 6. The same driver used the same resident 6-digit gate code each time. No other gate code or remote was common across those days and times.
