A gated community in Sarasota, FL
Officers were determined at an organizational meeting held by the newly elected board March 11. Frank Filipanits has accepted the role of President; Trudo Letschert is continuing as Vice-President; Dennis Brozak is continuing as Treasurer; Hans Schmeits is joining Don Donnelly to share Secretary duties; Kay Mathers and Vince Pflug are non-officer members at large.
All board members have completed certification in compliance with Florida Statutes section 720.3033.
The 2018 Annual Members’ Meeting will take place at 7:00pm Tuesday March 6, 2018 at the meeting hall of St. Andrew United Church of Christ, located at 6908 S. Beneva Rd, Sarasota, FL 34238.
During the meeting, we will review all projects completed in 2017 and new projects planned for 2018 and beyond.
We will also briefly review the final 2017 financials and the (already) approved budget for 2018.
Finally, elections will be held for directors (all board members serve one year terms and are chosen at the annual meeting).
