2023 Special Members’ Budget Meeting

Annual Special Members' Meeting to discuss and approve the budget for the upcoming year.  It does not replace our regular Annual Meeting, which will be held in early March. Meeting will start promptly at 6:30pm.

Holiday Decorating

Help decorate for the holidays by stringing the lamp poles and gates with festive lights and banners. All ages, all help welcome. Meet at the front gates and we will split into crews. Bring a tall ladder if you have one.

Annual Holiday Party

To be held outdoors in the cul-de-sac at the northwest end of the neighborhood. Main entrees and sides provided.  Please bring your own beverages and/or some to share!  Water, ice, and coolers will be available. Don’t forget to bring a chair if desired. Luminaria Set Up

Every year residents get together and turn our neighborhood into a fairy tale walk on Christmas Eve. Please join in the morning to help assemble and distribute the bags along the road edge. They will be lit at nightfall. This is a great opportunity to get your kids involved!

Annual Members' Meeting to elect board members and discuss neighborhood issues. Please plan to arrive around 6:15, as the meeting will start promptly at 6:30pm.  If you are not planning to attend, please complete a proxy and return it to the current Secretary in person or via email at secretary@benevaoaks.org
